    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello all&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In a configuration where an R80.40 SMS(Smart-1) is managing an R80.20 Gateway (HA),&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and we intend to upgrade both the management server and the Gateways(HA) to R81.10.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it possible to downgrade only the Gateways back to R80.20 via Smart-1 if any issue happen?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for all advise.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's pretty simple:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Revert gateways to snapshot taken before the upgrade&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Set the version in SmartConsole for the cluster to R80.20&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Push policy&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This will require an outage.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
