Hello,

We have a problem with VOIP.

We are migrating from Cisco firewall to Checkpoint. On Cisco- everything works fine, but as soon as we switch to Checkpoint- VOIP stops working.

Tried to troubleshoot with VOIP provider and they gave info that session between phones and their server disconnects after 150sec. But session have to be 300sec.

I have created a new service on port 5060 (to avoid SIP ALG), then extended session time on that service to 300sec. But it didn't help.

We don't see any logs for dropping sessions.

Any ideas?
