I have a problen with the license of anti bot and anti virus.

I have 3 geteway that are a cluster.

but 2 them not have license anti bot and anti virus.

I have PTC on the network.

I need help please.

What can you see in the cplic print output on the 3 nodes ?

Does the issue only occur when the members are standby?

'cplic print' output would still be be helpful.

Otherwise given Error 31 & PTC involvement I would recommend engaging TAC.

sk114615 error ID: 31 has: Contact Check Point Technical Support. But have a look into sk167205: IPS Blade fails to update on the Standby member - here we read about a solution:

Make sure to change the following parameter on the fly, and wait a few minutes for the issue to be resolved. Run:

# fw ctl set int fwha_silent_standby_mode 1

Note: according to sk93204, it is not recommended to set the fwha_forw_packet_to_not_active flag

On the standby nodes - but do study the SKs...
