&lt;P&gt;It is probably due to the fact that 2325 is "&lt;SPAN&gt;Gradual deployment" which means he is not available for all customers yet.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We will remove the link from the SK is order to prevent such confusion.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Trouble Downloading From Support Center</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;R81.10 jumbo 110 has fixes for a few issues I've reported, so I downloaded it to test. Any time I download a new jumbo, I also check for a new CPUSE, and this time I found one: build 2325. I logged in with my day-job User Center account which is an administrator for multiple accounts with dedicated diamond reps, and the download gives me a 404. Unfortunately, &lt;A href="https://community.checkpoint.com/t5/General-Topics/Healthcheck-Script/m-p/185820/highlight/true#M30986" target="_self"&gt;the inappropriate use of 404 for permissions issues&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp; makes it impossible for me to tell from the outside if the download link is actually broken or if the file's permissions are.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Not sure where else to report this, so I'm reporting it here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
