    <description>&lt;P&gt;My first port of call for troubleshooting is the ELG files in $CPDIR/log/*elg* and $FWDIR/log/*elg*&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Which is usually the first thing I ask customer to save after an issue to prevent them being overwriten if you get access only days later.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;And making sure you are on the latest GA jumbo Hotfix before you open a ticket whenever that is possible.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;the fwm and cpm process of SMS server keep on stopping every time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when checking using cpwd_admin list command we got the attached screen shot &amp;amp; they are executing. and when we check using the api status command, either cpm or fwm are stopped.&amp;nbsp;what could be the the root cause that stops this processes?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If possible try rebooting the machine.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the issue keeps on happening you should open a ticket with TAC.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What version are you running? Have you installed the latest JHF?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.checkpoint.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/585"&gt;@Tal_Paz-Fridman&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;suggested, try rebooting, if no luck, maybe see if there is good backup you can restore from web UI.&lt;/P&gt;
