Hello,

How often does the Application Control or the Url Filtering blade check for categorization updates?

Users are reporting that they still cannot access a website after Check Point did a categorization update for it yesterday. The site was incorrectly categorized as Spyware/Malicious, but has now been categorized as Sports after we requested a change.

Is it possible for us to trigger an update?

Maestro R81.10

Thanks,

Fredrik
