&lt;P&gt;Anyway, maybe Im biased, but I absolutely love Cork, Ireland, best place ever! But yes, you are correct, I had situation once where lots of weird things happened, as customer inadvertantly blocked Ireland, but we totally forgot that S1C CP mgmt instance was running out of there, so took us few hours to sort that out.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After a soft-launch back in February 2023, we have formally launched a new support portal!&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;It has a completely redesigned interface (mobile-friendly, even!) and has significantly improved performance.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;The main toggle enables / disables the entire feature (whether to send / not send the weekly email).&lt;BR /&gt;This email will be sent each Sunday and will contain all SK articles that were created / were updated in the past 7 days for the subscribed Products.&lt;BR /&gt;Note - If you disable the main toggle, then this page remembers all your subscriptions for all products.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Click the relevant pillar.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;You can subscribe either to all products in this pillar or to specific products.&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;First view: it's very fast compared to the old one and looks tidy.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;First unexpected behaviour: when I search for example sk167052 and click on a result it opens in a new tab - that's fine - but in this tab when i click on the top on "Search Results" i would expect to see the other results from my previous search but it's not happening - i see random results. Cannot test this on the old version at the moment because I receive a "Error encountered processing a template." &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":grinning_face_with_sweat:"&gt;😅&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I could care less what a webpage looks like. The issue for me is will it help me solve&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;my issue when the time comes or just get in my way with pop ups, sliders, effects and tunnel&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;to the center of the earth links with roadblocks, CAPTCHA's, Rubik's cubes and security du jour.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Until that time comes, I won't know.&amp;nbsp; All I can say is at least the drop down menus look the same.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;My wish is to have dark mode option available in profile, or at the bottom of the site to switch between "white" mode or dark mode.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The same for Check Mates, I am missing dark mode here, too.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Layout is not optimal - you waste to much space on left and right site. Now in the 21st century most people already use 24"-27" displays as default.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;And for example in sk112454 the content does not fit into the specified area.&lt;/P&gt;
