&lt;P&gt;-For Smart management server run the following.&lt;BR /&gt;[Expert@HostName:0]# evstop &lt;BR /&gt;[Expert@HostName:0]# evstart&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try again after 5 min or so.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also if you click "Click here for details", shat is shows on the pop-up screen ?&lt;/P&gt;
