      <title>IPSO4.2 backup auto transfer does not work</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have two IPSO 4.2 firewall, however, one of the firewall cannot backup file auto transfer to an FTP server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;another one is successfully upload. i saw the FTP log is reject the Firewall login.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;using the voyager job scheduler command only FTP [ip address], does not have any user account and password.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is that any way i can reach the user account name and password?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Support for IPSO 4.x has long since been discontinued.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That said, I vaguely remember there was a dot file in the admin directory that one could establish auto login information in (.ftprc, maybe?)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You might want to check this on the system where FTP backup is working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;since I am using the cluster, B FW cannot login to the FTP server. that why I would like to know why A FW cannot loging to the FTP server. since FTP server log said the account was reject.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is it possible to find out where is the .ftprc is it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;You would have to log into the relevant firewall with ssh/console and do a directory listing of /home/admin (e.g. ls -la).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
