CPsizeme issue reports

Hi,

We want to evaluate our platform before activating the IPS license. So we launched cpsizeme during 2 days, the cpsizeme is done but we can not find the report document. Why the reports are missing?

this is the lcpsizeme log:

Did you not find the files in /var/log/tmp?

No, Theres no files in that directory. Its like the new files havent been created.

Do you have any idea?

FYI, there's an SK on cpsizeme: The Check Point Performance Sizing Utility

cpsizeme is meant to sent the data to Check Point to get a result once it is collected.

For offline collection, you can follow the steps in the SK, which say:

Locate the cpsizeme output XML file on the Security Gateway. Run:
[Expert@HostName]# cpsizeme -S
And select option 5 'Show location of generated files'.
Transfer the cpsizeme output XML file from the Security Gateway to your computer.
Attach the cpsizeme output XML file to an e-mail.
Send the e-mail to the following e-mail address: cpsizeme_upload@checkpoint.com
You will receive an e-mail from sizing@checkpoint.com with attached PDF report within 1 hour (see sample report).
