Expected behavior as R81.20 has not been declared the Widely Recommended release as of yet.
This is usually only done after we've seen significant adoption and a recommended JHF has been produced.
Once that's done, you'll start seeing R81.20 available via CPUSE as per: https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk95746&partition=Basic&product=Other

You can still download and install R81.20 from here (including CPUSE packages): https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk173903&partition=Basic&product=Quantum

Something wrong with the R81.20?

Hello everyone,

The ISO and TGZ files of R81.20 cannot be downloaded. When you look at the update tab on the currently installed devices, R81.20 is not listed. We started to transfer our small-scale customers. Do we have to wait a little longer? Has any one information this situation ?

If the problem you are describing is with the Download Center, then it should be fixed now.

We restored the image with a newer take - 631. We updated the self-updatable packages that are deployed with the image. No impact to customers regardless of the image take they use.

Sorry for any inconvenience
