remove unreachable gateway from smart console

Hi,

i am trying to remove a gateway from the management server which is unreachable and a license attached.

i am not able to remove the gateway or the attached license.

is there a way i can remove it?

please help.

If the GW is dead/unreachable, you can not unattach the license, afaik. You have to download it again for an OpenServer or will get a new appliance license after RMA.

But what errors in Dashboard do you see when trying to delete the GW ?
