i am facing Issue in integrating checkpoint with open ldapv3 server. we did a tcp dump and found the message from the capture.

my firewall ip is : 10.26.0.14, open ldap server ip is : 10.24.1.50.

in that i can see bindresponse from ldap server stating (historical protocol version requested, use LDAPv3 instead).

can any one suggest me how to integrate the checkpoint fw to open ldapv3.

Just based on what you've provided, you probably need to configure OpenLDAP to support an earlier version of LDAP (I.e. Version 2).

How to do that, I'm not sure.
