      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hey experts&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like to ask if someone else encountered the same behavior when (sometime) downloading a file from support center with firefox version 59.02 64bit the download link just exploded in that &lt;IMG src="https://community.checkpoint.com/legacyfs/online/checkpoint/emoticons/grin.png" /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Running sandblast agent on my pc no other av software (thank god)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG class="image-1 jive-image" src="https://community.checkpoint.com/legacyfs/online/checkpoint/64628_pastedImage_2.png" style="width: auto; height: auto;" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've seen that several times before when customers are using Firefox. Seems to be a browser related issue. Right-Click and '&lt;EM&gt;Save as&lt;/EM&gt;' will let you download the file correctly. Better option is to use Google's Chrome web browser as Check Point internally develops and tests with that browser primarily. The others are just 'supported'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;In most situations, you can circumvent the issue by using the right mouse button and selecting: Save Target to... But this does not work with links from emails. Then you have to wait until the file has been loaded completely by Firefox and select "Save page to..." from menue to save the file.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was able to use all these files, so it is more a cosmetic issue...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
