&lt;P&gt;CheckPoint Naming creates a little bit of challenges.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What is the correct product line to choose creating a service request for an appliances like a 6200.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;VSX does not match, security blade not as well. And Quantum is not known. Or hardware_services?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;And the help video shows old/unknown names.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;ICS = IOT devices ?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Im so glad you posted this, because that always confuses me as well...though personally, I always create any firewall issue under "vsx/cluster/performance", as there is no firewall section to choose.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It depends on the precise nature of the issue you're having as the call will be initially routed to the appropriate team based on that selection.&lt;BR /&gt;If it ends up being incorrect, you'll get routed to the correct team.&lt;BR /&gt;That said, there could probably be better alignment with the marketing names for products and how they're treated internally.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
