Hi,

CheckPoint Naming creates a little bit of challenges.

What is the correct product line to choose creating a service request for an appliances like a 6200.

VSX does not match, security blade not as well. And Quantum is not known. Or hardware_services?

And the help video shows old/unknown names.

ICS = IOT devices ?

Im so glad you posted this, because that always confuses me as well...though personally, I always create any firewall issue under "vsx/cluster/performance", as there is no firewall section to choose.

It depends on the precise nature of the issue you're having as the call will be initially routed to the appropriate team based on that selection.
If it ends up being incorrect, you'll get routed to the correct team.
That said, there could probably be better alignment with the marketing names for products and how they're treated internally.
