Go to one of the relevant Jumbo Documentation : (R81.10 / R81 / R80.40 / R80.30 / R80.20)
Click on the RSS Feeds button.

Click on subscribe

which RSS feed reader do you have installed ? I tried it on edge and its work for me ( also on chrome and explorer )

I think that may had been it, as soon as I installed the RSS feed extension for chrome, I see it says subscribed...thank you!
