Issues with manually installing the DA 2071 and 2078

I am seeing Error: "File is not a DA package." for both.

Installation target is R81 take 392 with DA 1961.

source files are:

DeploymentAgent_000002071_1.tgz

and

DeploymentAgent_000002078_1.tgz

Can you add a screenshot of the error you got?

Also - how did you try to install it? What were the exact steps?

Hi @Boaz_Orshav . Sorry, can't get screenshots from this system: had to get it online to force an update.

In the offline VM:

The failed installations were from Gaia WebUI Upgrades (CPUSE)/Status and Actions/Install DA.

After prompted with the "Install Deployment Agent" dialogue, browsed to the downloaded .tgz file, and clicked "Install".

This resulted in: "File is not a DA package." for both.
