Disconnect Identity Agent

Добрый день! При попытке подключения Identity Agent появляется в log ошибка:

[16:07 25/7/2018]/ssl_connect (CCC:1663) SSL_connect: error:00000002:lib(0):func(0):system lib ccc->error 1
[16:07 25/7/2018]/-[Engine verify] (Engine.mm:574) ccc_verify failed SSL error - failed to connect (306)

И он не подключается.

Как исправить и где смотреть? Помогите, пожалуйста.

I'm not sure which agent you're running on which OS.

But if Windows, maybe see if anything shows up in C:\Windows\Temp\ia_client.log?

Hi,

SSL failure is a failure in the transport connection between the agent and the GW. This can be the result of multiple items such as:

1. Agent settings on the gateway was not set correctly (For example: the interfaces from which the agent connection should be received)

2. Firewall in the middle (or at the endpoint) which blocks the connection

3. Certificate placed is invalid

Without further logs and debugging it is hard to place the finger on the culprit.
