This is the list of compatible open servers https://www.checkpoint.com/support-services/hcl/.
However there is not information about hardware health monitoring.
I have come across servers I can monitor raid, fans, etc and servers that are certified to run gaia but then hardware health/sensors monitoring is not supported.

It would be good if this information was included in the list of compatible open servers.

To be more specific I guess that nobody has managed to monitor hp proliant hardware agent or agentless ?

Hi @Luis_Miguel_Mig,

You can query all sensor data of the server via SNMP.

This should be possible for all values that you also see with "ipmitool":

# ipmitool sensor list

For hardware monitoring of HPE servers, I would recommend using ILO for that.

There are plenty of scripts available online which you can use in your monitoring software of choice to query hardware health from HPE ILO.

Doing that you are independend of operating system running on that server and therefor you do not need support within Gaia.

Thanks Tobias, do you mean scripts that connect to the ILO web GUI and extract the health status via web?

SNMP is not supported as far I understand as it requires agent or agentless solutions

No. HPE ILO has a REST interface. No need to scrap data from the web interface interactive use.

An example for a script which queries this REST interface is this one:

https://exchange.icinga.com/algbaer/check_ilo2_health
