Hello Check Point,

i need help with my old check point account.

I have just re-created this account.

I still have an old account, which I created via a company email, unfortunately I am no longer in this company and have activated a 2FA on my company cell phone at the time.

Now I can't login to this account because I can no longer do the 2FA on that cell phone.

How can I log into my old account without using the 2FA, because I would then like to change my email and mobile phone number.

Thanks

CheckMates accounts are tied to UserCenter accounts.
Generally, when you change your email address, you need to create a new UserCenter account.
Account Services can move any entitlements (e.g. your Check Point certifications) to your new account.
Contact Account Services here: https://www.checkpoint.com/support-services/contact-support/

If you want to associate your old CheckMates account with your new UserCenter account, please PM me the old email address and I can "swap" the accounts.
