selecting source interface/source ip when firewall syslog forwarding

I'm trying to forwarding management syslog to log server that I access with IPsec VPN. However, firewall is trying to send with my external interface address when sending syslog, that's why I'm having a connection error (ipsec).

I want to forward syslog from a different spessific interface. How could i?
