Establish SIC page not showing up in cluster object

We had to rebuild our cluster due to continuous crashing. We are running R80.40 on the gateways and R80.20 on the management center. In Smart Console when you open a cluster object there used to be a cluster members page. That does not appear. We have no way to establishing SIC without that page. Any idea how to get it to reappear? Main options in the cluster object are General Properties, ClusterXL and VRRP, Network Management, NAT, IPS, HTTPS Inspection, HTTP/HTTPS Proxy, ICAP Server, Anti-Bot and Anti-Virus....... Any help appreciated.

To my knowledge you cannot manage a R80.40 Gateway cluster with a R80.20 management server. Big chance that this is the root of your problem.

R80.20 Management able to manage R80.40 GW from JHF T149 / SC Build 114 or higher.

R80.20 Jumbo HotFix - Ongoing Take 149 (01 April 2020)
PRJ-9470, PRJ-9461	Security Management	NEW: Added ability for R80.20 Security Management or Multi-Domain Server to manage R80.40 Security gateway. Refer to sk164652. Requires R80.20 SmartConsole Build 114 (or higher).

If requested JHF wasn't installed I would like to recommend to install latest JHF Take 183 on R80.20 MGMT and use SC Build 116.

Management center is on build 202. The issue is the smart console included with the management center has a bug. The fix was to download the latest smart console directly from Checkpoint's website.
