Identity Awareness Agreement Error.

Hi Expert,

I have being presented with an error when I click on the option to check the user agreement in Identity Awareness.(Refer Snapshot) . A new window opens with the url https://gateway/connect/AgreementFrame and Im being presented the error

When I click on the option "Open this content in a new window" . A new window opens with the url https://gateway/connect/AgreementText and I can view the user agreement .

The only thing that I noticed is the two different urls.

1. https://gateway/connect/AgreementFrame

2. https://gateway/connect/AgreementText

Any idea what the issue is and how it can be fixed.
