No, doesn't expire until 2030. Again though, the account works and I can find it if I do a search. It just doesn't show up in the "users" category which it should! It doesn't seem even possible to move users from that category.

So I have a total of 71 Checkpoint users that have been configured for Mobile access. However, for some reason, they don't all appear in the Users group (only 59 do). They do however all appear in a user group I created. The users are able to access the checkpoint VPN and I can find their account if I search. However, why are they not all appearing in the Checkpoint "Users" category? We don't use LDAP and all users were created on the Checkpoint management station. See photo for clarification. We have clustered 5100 Firewalls, R80.20

Has the expiration date expired for the users? Then it is no longer counted under user.

I suspect this is a cosmetic issue but would need to drill into the users to see what might be causing it.
Best to get the TAC involved.
