      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please I need help/advice on to resolve this issue. We have some users of webex team that are not being able to send or share files. The users gets an "&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 11.0pt;"&gt;unable to send&lt;/SPAN&gt;" error, this particular problem only affects just a subnet. You can just paste the screenshots directly into message (versus attaching them as documents)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. When an error message mentions an SK, you should review the mentioned SK.
