URL Category Change Request

Does the URL category change request form ever work for anyone? If so, how long does it usually take? I've used it 5 or 6 times in the past and never had any success with it. I've always ended up doing a category override (which is a lot of administrative overhead for me i.e. change management ticket/security approvals/etc.) because Checkpoint never processed my request.

I did not request a change recently, but I did it many times before and they always responded quickly (1 or 2 days at most).

I requested category change few weeks ago and they did it within the same day. You may try to ask @PhoneBoy to check what happened to your one.
