Can VDI environment cause performance issues in the firewall?

Recently, a firewall performance issue occurred in the customer.

When checking in the firewall, the amount of traffic does not change much.

However, the CPU usage of the firewall has increased.

Can VDI environment change require more firewall performance?

Is the VDI environment affecting the firewall?
