R75 Web Visualization Tool error

When I use the Web Visualization Tool in R75.40, I get the following error

After command execution

Connected to Security Management version 9.8.6.

Querying tables ...

Processing table Communities ... Finished
Processing table FireWall Policies
CPMIToXMLRuleBaseTblQueryCB: Failed to Query Objects.

Cannot connect to Security Management.Verify that the server is up and running
and that you are defined as a GUI Client.
... Finished
--------------------------------

Looking at the task status, the fwm process reaches memory 2G,
It was a movement that the process dropped and after the command failed, it was restored

Is there any solution?
Resource problem?
Policy file problem?

Recommend upgrading to a supported release.
R75.40 has been out of Support for quite a while now.

I upgraded to R77.30 gaia and did the same result.
DB (object, policy etc) are the same

This might be related to having a very (very) large number of Policy Packages.

True, there are quite a few policy packages due to older equipment.

Erase and try

Please tell me if there is any processing of the DB after deleting it

Save and perhaps Install Database.

Not sure anything else is needed.

R77.30 is also End of Support.
In R80.x a different tool is used.

Supported GAIA versions:
