I am pretty new in Checkpoint environment 🙂
Could someone let me know how to list all gateways with HFA version in CMA or MDMS?

Try using the following Management API command:

show-software-packages-per-targets display.installed "yes"

https://sc1.checkpoint.com/documents/latest/APIs/#cli/show-software-packages-per-targets~v1.6%20

When running without any filter it will display all the Security Gateways/Clusters in your database with lots of information including recommended packages, but you can also filter by various types.
