    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, does anyone know if a change has been made within the past couple of months in regards to logging TAC jobs? For example I am a support contact for about 10 accounts, all with premium support and I used to be able to log TAC against any of them with no issues, now every one of them throws me this error when trying to create a TAC:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your account is covered with Collaborative Support, you cannot open an SR directly with Check Point. Please contact your local Partner....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The thing is, we are the checkpoint partner. All my colleagues have the same issue too.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
