The best way will be to export objects and rules - a CheckMate wrote a script to achieve this: CLI API Example for exporting, importing, and deleting different objects using CSV files (v 00.29.02... and to export the GW configuration using `save configuration`

Then, import objects and rules into the newly installed SMS using the script, do necessary additions, run FTW on the GW and do `load configuration / save config`

Then, just establish SIC and Install Policy from new SMS.
