Checkpoint HA-Cluster shows down instead of standby

Hello,

I have created the HA-cluster, however I am seeing the State is 'Down' for backupFW instead of 'Standby'

chkpt2> cphaprob stat

Cluster Mode: High Availability (Active Up) with IGMP Membership

I would assume an interface issue, check:

cphaprob -a if

to see which interface(s) are most likely an issue.

Verify all the interfaces are properly configured, state is up and have link. I personally find ethtool the most straightforward tool for verifying each interface has link (Link detected: yes) and is using the speed and duplex expected.
