What would be the value in terms of security of a customer wants to implement Cisco Umbrella if already have a Check Point gateway with NGTP or NGTX (AV-ABOT-IPS-TE-URLF-APPC) for ONPREM security?

There are some non-overlapping features here. Yet, I think you misunderstand the case. If someone already has Cisco Umbrella and wants to turn on on prem HTTPSi, there are some things to handle, as the paper describes.
