topic Dynamic Object for Akamai R80.20? in General Topics

I have an issue with trying to setup allow rules for bypassed domain traffic going to Akamai. I can't seem to get the domain bypasses to catch all the sub-domain and hoping there is a way to address my concerns. Ideally I think a Dynamically Updating Object for Akamai would fix this, but there is not one available. Anyone else run into this issue and if so how did you address it? This needs to be for the specific bypass traffic on the App/URL blade.

What JHF level are you on?
Precisely what have you configured to attempt to bypass?
I suspect the issue is related to SNI which will improve quite a bit on recent JHF (or upgrading to R80.30/40)
