I don't understand your question 100%.

But I think you're looking for something to find network spikes. I like to use MRTG to display the network traffic graphically. Check point can send snmp traps to MRTG or you can request the gateway via snmp.

Some information can also be viewed using Smart View Monitor or SmartReporter.

What i know of is a spike monitor debug shell script used by CP:
