Hello CheckMates,

I'm wondering where the search results of CheckMates articles are gone in SecureKnowledge?

I remember some time ago, they are listed if you search in the knowledgbase.

@PhoneBoy will be these results come back ?

@Wolfgang we are working on that issue. It is related to the platform migration and APIs available on the new platform of CheckMates.

Dameon is pushing this, we hope it will get re-introduced soon in the future

Indexing broke when we changed platforms about 9 months ago.
Thanks to redirects, most people didn't notice.
However the index had grown stale and was recently removed from SecureKnowledge search.

Some changes are planned for SecureKnowledge this year related to content indexing.
As part of that plan, we plan to add back in indexing (and thus searching) CheckMates in SecureKnowledge.
Don't have an exact timeline, but I'm definitely looking forward to having that capability back.
