      <description>&lt;P&gt;I find your question useless -&amp;nbsp;Data Plane Development Kit (DPDK) is a set of data plane libraries and network interface controller drivers for fast packet processing, currently managed as an open-source project under the Linux Foundation. It has an&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Environment Abstraction Layer to help making programming hardware&amp;nbsp;independent.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;So if you are a developer you can use it in your software projects.&amp;nbsp;8)&lt;/img&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;CheckPoint GAiA &amp;nbsp;itself is a hardened RedHat Linux and i would assume that it is of no further importance if&amp;nbsp;CheckPoint does use DPDK&amp;nbsp;data plane libraries and network interface controller drivers or not as this only of statistical importance and does make no difference at all to the user, i mean you...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, but currently only on Check Point appliances that have a Lightspeed card, and the new Quantum Force (9000/19000/29000) series of appliances.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="western"&gt;DPDK is used on these appliances starting in version R81.20 (and R81.10 Jumbo HFA Take 81+).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
