Cluster Interface not reachable

Hello,

I have 2 gateways with cluster Configured. all ports are reachable from both Gateways, we observed that some ports from secondary gateway is not reachable from inside network. but on Mgmt server it is showing as up and running correctly.

What code version?
What specific troubleshooting have you done with what results?
tcpdump on the ingress interface might prove enlightening.

After runn below 2 commands now interface are up and working fine

fw ctl get int fwha_forw_packet_to_not_active
fw ctl set int fwha_forw_packet_to_not_active 1
