i want to delete policy that i have changed but not install, how can do it?

its mean that i want to delete that will be not install yet,

Do you mean you want to revert back to the policy as it was before you made your changes?
Did you already publish your changes, if not just click Discard in the top bar.
If you did you need to go to the Manage & Settings tab and the Revisions page, there you look for the last correct policy and there should be a way to revert to the previous revision, I just don not know how.

thanks a lot the discarding was unbutting
