    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to open supportcenter.checkpoint.com and&amp;nbsp;get either HTTP Error 504 or a plain HTML page telling me the site is down.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This happens periodically, though often enough, and since this is the primary resource for troubleshooting information regarding your products, this is quite annoying and sometimes critical.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The last hour I've been able to open articles twice.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please allocate some resources to the SupportCenter/knowledge team to improve the site!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Site is working for me right now, however it does seem like there are transitory failures more often these days such as when I get a white screen "Service Unavailable" or "Error processing a template".&lt;/P&gt;
