Packet Flow in Checkpoint Firewall

dear,

Can somebody explain me the packet flow in to out in checkpoint blades specially for QOS. Because i have seen some traffic is accepted at QOS blades on service port 445, but no any allow rules are created for that service.

Nothing should pass QoS if there isn't a rule that permits it in the Access Policy.
Highly recommend engaging with the TAC to troubleshoot this.
