A lot of the problems we've seen with R80.20 have been related to SecureXL. As a rule when troubleshooting, disable it (needs Take 47) first then test again.

We faced a lot of issues with inspection settings.A rare one there was an inspection settings with inactive state and drop the traffic.To solve this issue we turn it to accept.

If you upgraded from R77.30 straight into R80.20, the Inspection Settings issue was probably related to how the R77.30 IPS blade was split up into the following starting in R80.10+ and was not technically a R80.20-specific issue:

Inspection Settings (part of Access Control policy)
Geo Policy (part of Access Control policy)
IPS ThreatCloud Protections & Core Activations (still configured under IPS in R80.10+, and part of Threat Prevention)
