    <description>Application control and URL filtering will not work at all, only IPS will work in a very limited setting, as Bandwidth limitation is part of the APCL/URLF policy, this will not work. You could try and enable QOS see if that works.&lt;BR /&gt;Or of course purchase the subscriptions.</description>

      <title>License Check Point 4400</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Morning&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;since I expired my license, when creating a rule for example to restrict bandwidth, it does not work.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;my question is, if the expired license has something to do?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Most features other than basic Firewall/VPN functionality require an active subscription.&lt;BR /&gt;If you don't have an active subscription for that feature, those features will either not work or will work in a limited capacity.</description>
