    <description>&lt;P&gt;When I go to support center and click on 'My Service Requests' I get taken to&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://help.checkpoint.com/Guest/" target="_blank"&gt;https://help.checkpoint.com/Guest/&lt;/A&gt;. Which only looks like it wants me to open a new ticket. This is what happens when using Chrome. I get the same results with Edge.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Is anyone else experiencing this? We have a couple of tickets opened and cannot currently track these issues.
