I'm not near a firewall at the moment to look, but I imagine you could get this data via SNMP? Have you tried that yet?

You can export the database for this and other things tracked using the CLI command cpview history export.
You can visualize the database using something like: https://community.checkpoint.com/t5/API-CLI-Discussion-and-Samples/CPViewInsights/m-p/41018
