Tengo un punto de control 4400 R77.30
y tengo varios vlans en la red local.

y tengo un mikrotik donde hay otros vlans

Me puede dar una idea de cómo conectar estas dos computadoras para que el punto de control pueda tener comunicación con las redes que tienen configurado el mikrotik.

First off, since we don't have a specific Spanish-speaking community on the site, you're better off asking the question in English.
That said, I can use Google Translate and see you're asking how to tie-in some VLANs on a Mikrotik router to a Check Point 4400.
At a high level, you probably need to add some static routes on the 4400 where the Mikrotik IP is the "next hop" IP.
We can provide more specific advice if you can provide a network diagram.
