Hi Guys,

We have recently upgraded our environment from R77.30 to R80.20 And it's a active standby setup. After the upgrade we are seeing both the gateway's (4800) frequently getting hanged and manual reboot getting the devices up.

Is the any limitation we need to upgrade our RAM in 4800 appliance for R80.20?

Regards,

Vengatesh SR

I don't think the 4800's ever shipped with less than 4GB of RAM, so it meets the minimum memory requirements for R80.20 and the 4800s are officially supported for R80.20 standalone. If you suspect a memory issue, run cpview -t and look back at total memory allocation just prior to the hangs.
