Probably a glitch, but should any of you run into it, simply delete the rule name, retype it and then you are able to copy/paste.

The rule name in question did not trigger any warning when it was originally created, policy published and installed.

It was only manifesting this problem during copy/paste action.

There was no whitespace present in the rule name that you could discern. I have tried deleting in both directions in the beginning and the end of the rule name and it had no effect.

Where is the reference to the object containing white space?

It is not a last object edited, this is being triggered by "Paste rule above" action in one of the policy packages.
