I assume it's like a Site-to-Site VPN in that it depends on the encryption domain and the subnets the client accesses.
What is the problem you're trying to solve here?

When you check in Smartview Monitor you will be able to see how many users are connected, when you run R80.x you need to go to the Logs & Monitor pages and open a new tab, then go to the bottom left to open Tunnel & User Monitoring.

On the left in SmartView Monitor open Gateways Status, select the gateway and then the bottom half of the screen shows the information of that gateway including the IPSes VPN information:
