    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi guys,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just to explain my problem. The last one security admin leaves the company and the checkpoint support license was associated with him ID. I need to request the support of the vendor and I can not cause of it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can I request a new association using my name? I have the serial of the appliances.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I do it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope you guys can help me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you so much.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
